Juan Bertomeu

Juan Bertomeu is an independent lawyer, registered with ICALI under number 4643, and one of the longest established local legal figures in Moraira. For more than 35 years, he has advised international clients on property purchases, sales, non resident tax matters, inheritance issues, and the legal steps that come with owning property on the Costa Blanca.

Daniel Bertomeu

Daniel Bertomeu supports the firm in advanced tax matters for international clients. His work includes Beckham Law, Spain to US tax issues, digital nomad visas, non lucrative visas, immigration matters, and broader tax planning connected to moving to Spain or structuring property ownership.
He holds a law degree from the University of Salamanca and has completed advanced training in real estate tax, real estate law, and civil practice through the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid. Before joining this project, he worked at Ospina Abogados, one of Spain's best known criminal law firms, where he also developed strong skills in legal communication and client facing content.

Working alongside Juan for more than 20 years, Jaime Pérez Vaquer is a key part of the team for international client care and practical day to day support. He helps clients move through the process with clarity, follow up, and a strong understanding of both the American and Spanish worlds.
Jaime handles Modelo 210 matters, non resident tax support, TIE renewals, different visa processes, and client coordination. Originally from the United States and based in Spain since childhood, he brings a helpful cross-border perspective that many international clients appreciate.
